F45 Louisville is excited to announce new majority owner husband and wife team: Sarina Petroni-Miday and Joe Miday!!! They bring an amazing amount of expertise and experience to the F45 Louisville.
Joe Miday has a degree in exercise science and was the former head of strength and conditioning for U of L footballhttps://gocards.com . In addition, Sarina Petroni-Miday is a director of commercial operations at the Veterinary Management Groups and coach at Cyclebar. Therefore they bring a superb mix and experience to own and operate an F45 Louisville studio.
Joe Miday will be at the studio on a daily basis. As well , Sarina will assist with coaching and operations.
The dynamic duo will combo their expertise to make the studio one of the best gyms and fitness communities in the Louisville market.
Three Locations of F45 Louisville
There are three locations for F45 Louisville: Middletown, Crestwood and St. Matthews. https://www.f45louisville.com Above all, if you are a member at one location you can use all three studios. The St. Matthews location is in the Westport Village. Furthermore, the Westport Village studio has 3 bathrooms and two individual showers. As well as, a cool garage large door that opens up to an outdoor patio area. We plan on using the patio for special outdoor events and a place to hang out after workouts. Furthermore, fun social events like “Wind Down Wednesday”, Sunday Brunches and other fun events will be available for the F45 members.
F45 is an Outstanding Workout and Fitness Community
Not only is F45 an amazing workout, it is a fitness community among the members. The workouts keep members motivated. For instance, workouts are never the same. They are 45 minutes in length and alternate between strength and cardio . Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays are endurance/ cardio based. After that, on Tuesday, Thursday and Sundays are strength / resistance based. Saturday is a 60 minute workout that is a hybrid of strength and cardio. As well , as working all your muscle groups, they are led by coaches who are all certified personal trainers. In addition, the coaches motivate and encourage you through the classes. Great music also helps to drive the workout. Equally important the member will burn 500 plus calories per session.
Each workout session is designed by a group of exercise physiologists. Moreover, the workouts are designed to do everyday of the week. In other words they are constructed to limit overuse injuries and work all muscle groups. Each exercise is totally modifiable. Part of the job , of the skilled coaching staff, is to provide personal modifications.
