What is F45?

THE “F” STANDS FOR FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

F45 stands for “Functional-45.” We deliver 45-minute to 60-minute workouts that are designed to burn fat and build lean muscle. Our workouts combine three training methods: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Functional Training, and Circuit Training.

This means our workouts are designed to improve cardiovascular health, muscle endurance, maximum strength and power, range of motion and overall performance of everyday movements, all while burning fat and building muscle in a single session!
